Donna Ryan Moore
Donna Ryan Moore is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. in Economics) and of the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D.), and an attorney admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. A former litigator specializing in business litigation, she leverages 30 years of experience consulting with clients on best employment practices, specializing in issues relating to employment discrimination, including sexual and other forms of unlawful harassment, as well as third-party investigations into alleged workplace misconduct.
Training & Organizational Consulting
A graduate of the Discrimination Prevention and Diversity Training Programs certified by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), Donna brings decades of expertise as an organizational consultant and corporate trainer, designing and facilitating customized leadership and workforce training and coaching to prevent discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and to cultivate equitable cultures of belonging where all employees feel recognized, respected, and valued for who they are and what they bring to the workplace. She has worked with organizations on climate and culture, including spearheading surveys to assess the work environment.
Donna’s consulting and training experience spans industries, including restaurant and hospitality, health care, manufacturing, design industries, financial services, technology, and higher education.

In addition to her legal and consulting work, Donna is a Certified Whole Health Educator certified by the National Institute of Whole Health (NIWH), holds Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) Certifications in Wellness Leadership and Management as a WELCOA Faculty Member, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher.
