One-on-One Sensitivity Training
In some instances, a particular employee or member of management may need individualized training or coaching related to harassment prevention or sensitivity to diversity in the workplace. This individual may have been accused of harassment or his or her conduct may have demonstrated that he or she may need particular instruction concerning the guidelines related to welcome and unwelcome conduct in the workplace.
