Julie A. Moore
Julie A. Moore is president and founder of Employment Practices Group. As an attorney, she is admitted to practice law in the State of New Hampshire and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has practiced for fifteen (15) years and is a frequent author, lecturer, counselor, and trainer on workplace issues. She founded Employment Practices Group in 1998 to focus on risk-management strategies for employers. She consults and advises on employment law issues; conducts investigations into alleged harassment and misconduct; drafts policies, procedures and handbooks; defends employers and management representatives before state and federal administrative agencies; represents individuals in certain workplace situations; and otherwise assists and counsels employers on harassment, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, diversity and other workplace issues. She also represents individuals on a limited basis on matters involving disability accommodation, performance issues, non-competition agreements, and separation from employment.
Julie has been a regular contributor to the New Hampshire Business Review, and has published articles in such other publications as Massachusetts Lawyers Journal, New Hampshire Bar Journal, New Hampshire Bar News, The Union Leader, and newsletters for various human resources organizations and trade associations throughout New England. She has been consulted and quoted on workplace issues in such publications as Inc. Technology, The Eagle Tribune, New Hampshire Bar News, New Hampshire Bar Journal, New Hampshire Business Review, and The Concord Monitor. Most recently she was quoted in Glamour magazine, March 2006 edition, in a segment on workplace romance and sexual harassment.

Donna Ryan Moore, Esquire
Donna Ryan Moore is an attorney admittedto practice law in Massachusetts and federal court (D. Mass.) since 1995. Donna is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she earned her B.A. in Economics in 1990, and of the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 1995. A former Associate at Richmond, Pauly and Ault LLP in Boston, specializing in business litigation, she has over ten years of experience consulting with clients on workplace issues including: harassment and other forms of employment discrimination, ADA and FMLA; conducting third-party investigations into incidences of alleged discrimination and other misconduct; and employment handbooks, policies and procedures.
Donna is also a graduate of the Discrimination Prevention and Diversity Training Program certified by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), and has seven years of experience in designing and facilitating customized employment discrimination prevention and diversity training programs for management and hourly employees in a broad range of industries: restaurant and hospitality, health care, manufacturing, technology and higher education in medical and research sciences.
For the past ten years, Donna has been an examination grader for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners.

Molly McPartlin
Molly is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts in New Hampshire. She has focused her practice on employment law for the past seven years, having represented corporations, municipalities and individuals in a broad variety of labor and employment matters. Molly provides training, policy guidance and advisory services on employment law issues; consults with employers faced with claims of workplace harassment, bullying and discrimination; and assists employers with compliance with the ADA, FMLA and wage and hour laws. In addition, Molly drafts and reviews employment contracts, severance agreements, handbooks and manuals.
Molly attended Franklin Pierce Law Center (J.D. 2000) and Colgate University (B.A., Art & Art History, 1994). She is active in the Defense Research Institute, having authored the New Hampshire section of DRI’s State-by-State Employment Law Compendium (2005). She is currently Vice President of the Merrimack County Bar Association, and a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association.

Diane Southwell, Legal Assistant
Dianne Southwell, Legal Assistant, provides support to Attorney Moore with harassment investigations and witness interviews, travel arrangements and office operations. Ms. Southwell has worked in the legal field since 1981 in both Florida and New Hampshire in the areas of products liability, criminal defense, commercial litigation and now, employment law.
Prior to joining Employment Practices Group in 2003, she worked as a legal assistant for Devine Millimet in Manchester, New Hampshire before relocating to Orlando, Florida.
Ms. Southwell currently serves on the Board of Directors for the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, is a Supporting Trustee and Ambassador for the West Orange Chamber, a member of CFHLA and the former Secretary of the Dr. Phillips Rotary Club.

Alexander R. Moore
Alexander R. Moore joined Employment Practices Group in 2006 as Junior Vice President. He is responsible for helping with mailings, photocopying, collating, ordering supplies, researching topics, organizing the supply closet, helping the President as needed, and otherwise assisting in managing the office. Alex is conscientious and shows an attention to detail in all work projects.
Alex is a fourth grade student who excels in school, particularly oral language, reading and science. In his spare time, he enjoys playing baseball, basketball, football and tennis; sailing; and riding his bicycle. He loves his Golden Retriever, Sydney.
